The Quality in Motion team has collaborated with its clients on a wide variety of projects: large and small, simple and complex, long- and short-term. We're committed to delivering high-quality, timely results on every project we undertake, regardless of size or scope.

Some of the projects we've worked on include:

Wireless technology research and development

  • Create, upgrade, and maintain one of the world's largest ETL systems (over 75 terabytes) for wireless performance and configuration data. The system is able to parse and load data from more than a dozen different vendors (AT&T Mobility)
  • Coordinated and managed performance testing and data analysis of EVDO, EDGE, and WiFi networks
  • Performed wireless efficiency testing for the major mobile e-mail applications, such as RIM's BlackBerry and Microsoft DirectPush
  • Performed extended ephemeris and assisted GPS testing with a variety of mobile devices
  • Performed VPN and APN compatibily and efficiency testing
  • Co-authored white paper, "Developing Applications for Pocket PC and GPRS"; performed all technical research related to the paper and developed sample applications. Later invited to author an updated version of the paper (AT&T Wireless Services)

Software development and troubleshooting

  • Updated and addressed many outstanding issues with the kiosk software for the Space Needle (Space Needle, LLC)
  • Provided developement and UI design services for and 3G mobile application (Vidiator)
  • Turned around a failing Microsoft Exchange remote e-mail accelerator project, creating a marketable product (Traveling Software)
  • Developed a high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly content filtering service (Secure Computing)
  • Re-designed user interface for continuing education Web portal, focusing on expandability, user customization, and usability (CampusCE Corporation)

Process implementation and research

  • Provided in-depth consultation on product "life cycle" process implementation, including product definition, development, documentation, and testing (CampusCE and KnowledgePoint Solutions)
  • Performed extensive technical research related to a patent infringement lawsuit (Kirkland and Ellis LLP)
